Over the last decade, Fred built a 30-person branding agency and transformed over 137 CPG brands, earning five Design Effectiveness Awards in four years. Currently, Fred serves as a brand and design consultant, working with visionary founders and Fortune 500 companies to develop strategic design solutions. Additionally, Fred contributes as a writer for The Dieline and has mentored various entrepreneurs through initiatives like FMI's Emerge program and AccelFoods. Fred holds a BFA in Visual Communications from the University of Arizona and has participated in various educational workshops, including Seth Godin's altMBA.
