Ellie Sanchez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Ellie started their professional journey in 1998 as a Business Development Manager at Coast Capital Inc. In this role, they focused on developing business opportunities.

Ellie then transitioned to Modem Media in 1999 as an Account Executive. Here, they managed strategy and campaigns for Fortune 100 and regional accounts.

In 2001, they joined T3 (The Think Tank) as the Founder and Managing Director of the San Francisco office. Ellie led strategic initiatives and served as a client partner for well-known brands such as Dell Computers, Marriott Hotels, Samsung, and Facebook.

From 2009 onwards, they began working as a Consultant and Marketing Strategist. Ellie helped brands shape their marketing organizations, develop go-to-market strategies, and created integrated planning processes. Ellie contributed to Indeed's ESG and purpose-driven campaigns, including #EmpathyAtWork, Rising Voices, Work Needs Women, and Pride.

In the same year, Ellie also co-founded STATIC WEST MUSIC, a music licensing and production collective that aimed to support the careers of songwriters, composers, and musicians. They focused on pairing music with visual media across various platforms.

Their most recent position is as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Drumroll since 2010. In this role, they accelerate growth for the brands represented by the company through brand and go-to-market strategies. Ellie leads teams, develops competencies, and informs results for clients such as Fannie Mae, Tiger Connect, Capital One, and Microsoft. Additionally, they drive new business development through RFP strategies, capabilities presentations, and operational excellence.

Ellie Sanchez completed a Dual Bachelors of Arts degree in French and English Literature at UC San Diego from 1994 to 1998. In 1996 to 1997, they attended Université Grenoble Alpes, where they obtained a Diplôme de Littérature Française, specializing in French Language and Literature.
