Raquel Oliveira

Raquel Oliveira has substantial work experience in the banking industry, holding various managerial roles throughout their career. Raquel began their career at unibanco in 1995 as a gerente. In 1999, they joined Banco Santander as a Relationship Manager. Raquel then moved to Banco Bradesco in 2001, where they served as a General Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they held the position of Regional Manager at Banco Bradesco. In 2014, they joined R&C as a Diretora. Currently, Raquel is the General Manager and CAO at DrumWave, a position they have held since September 2019.

Raquel Oliveira's education history begins in 1988 when they enrolled at PUC Minas and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 1992. Raquel then pursued higher education at Ibmec from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on finance. Following this, Raquel attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2006 to 2007 and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program in Business Administration and Management. In 2010, they attended the New York Institute do Finance for a short period, specializing in Finance, specifically in the Advanced Financial Program. Finally, in 2013 and 2014, Raquel attended the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching for Personal & Professional Coaching.
