Ratnadeep Ray

Ratnadeep Ray, also known as RD, is an experienced human resources professional with notable leadership roles in various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of HR India & Global Talent Management Lead at Druva, RD has previously held prominent positions at Icertis, where the role of Senior Director Human Resources was undertaken, and at Convergys, progressing through various HR management roles to Group Human Resources Manager. Additional experience includes a managerial HR position at Matrix Cellular (International) Services Ltd. and serving as Manager HR in the Indian Army. Ratnadeep Ray is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, graduating in 2007.
