Druwitt Consulting is entering its next chapter.

Founded by Katie Manning-Druwitt, Druwitt was built from more than 20 years of experience working alongside children, youth, families, frontline workers, and communities across British Columbia.

What began in frontline child and youth work has grown into a consulting practice focused on prevention, community development, training, facilitation, organizational capacity, and systems change.

Today, Druwitt partners with nonprofits, governments, schools, foundations, and community leaders to strengthen the programs, organizations, and systems that support children and youth.

We are also beginning development of The Archer Project, a prevention-focused initiative dedicated to strengthening belonging, trusted adults, community capacity, and opportunities for children and youth.

Our website is currently being refreshed to better reflect this work and where we are headed.
