Caroline Vasquez

Caroline Vasquez is currently the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at DRW, where they lead a team in managing internal and external communications, marketing, and brand strategy. Previously, Caroline served as Head of Communications at Enova International and held positions at Golin and FD, focusing on crisis communications and strategic messaging for various high-stakes situations. Caroline is also a founding member of Chief and is pursuing a J.D. at Notre Dame Law School, complementing their B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Hillsdale College. Their career is driven by a passion for storytelling, crisis management, and building high-performing teams.
