Crystal Parrett

Crystal Parrett, PHR, currently serves as Global Compensation Manager at DRW, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Crystal held various roles at CCC Intelligent Solutions from April 2009 to October 2021, culminating as Associate Director of Total Rewards, and included positions such as Senior Manager and Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Earlier experience includes recruitment roles at Citadel Investment Group and Forefront Staffing, as well as a management trainee internship at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Crystal earned a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Professional in Human Resources designation from DePaul University.
