Dean Read is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative roles, currently serving as the Option Quant Lead at DRW. Previously held positions include AMM Strat at Morgan Stanley and Portfolio Manager at Tower Research Capital. Dean's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Quant/Trader and Content Lead for Options at IMC Financial Markets & Asset Management, as well as earlier roles as a Quantitative Researcher and Junior Quantitative Researcher.
