Eugene Jackson is an experienced network engineer and desktop support specialist with a career spanning over two decades in the IT industry. Currently employed at DRW since March 2008, Eugene has held the positions of Network Engineer and Senior Desktop Support Engineer. Prior to this role, Eugene worked at Northern Trust from October 2003 to March 2008 as a Sr Network Services Analyst and Lead Desktop Support Engineer. Additionally, Eugene has extensive experience at TEKsystems in various roles since February 2000, as well as positions at Stora Enso, Wildman Harrold, and Sargent & Lundy, demonstrating a solid background in network services and desktop support.
