Hugh Dalgleish is currently the Lead Quantitative Researcher at DRW, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they founded Vandelay Research from 2020 to 2024 and served as the European Equities Trading Team Leader at both Hudson River Trading and Sun Trading LLC between 2014 and 2018. Hugh also held the position of Executive Director of Quantitative Proprietary Trading at UBS from 2007 to 2014. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at Simon Fraser University.
