Laura Zhang is currently a Quantitative Trading Analyst Intern at DRW, having started in January 2026. Alongside this role, Laura has been an Undergraduate Researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital since February 2025. Previous experience includes a brief participation in the TD Securities First Look program in December 2025 and hosting a podcast with the Mathematical Association of America while also serving as a Teaching Assistant for the Mathematical Olympiad Program. Additional roles include Data Science Intern at iCivics and Teaching Assistant at the G2 Math Program, both completed in 2025, as well as participating in various events including Optiver Insight Days and Citadel Women's Datathon. Laura has also coached for the Rwanda Mathematics Olympiad and participated in the National Youth Service Summit through the Center for Expanding Leadership & Opportunity. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Laura completed secondary education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in 2024.
