Mark Hillinger

Mark Hillinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy marketing, trading, and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at DRW since October 2023, Mark previously worked at LS Power from January 2015 to October 2023, where roles included Director, Manager, and Analyst in Energy Marketing and Trading, focusing on compliance carbon markets, energy transition investments, and renewable fuels. Prior experience includes Senior Structuring Analyst at NRG Energy and Associate positions at Goldman Sachs. Mark began a career in environmental consulting and policy analysis, notably working on green industrial policy and international environmental policy research during a Summer Fellowship at the College of William & Mary. Mark holds a Master of Public Administration in International Energy Management & Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from William & Mary.
