Maureen Kinzer

Maureen Kinzer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at DRW since June 2017, Maureen previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Brookfield Asset Management from August 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing Global HR initiatives and supporting the Executive Management team. Prior to that, Maureen worked at Mesirow Financial as a Human Resources Operations Specialist, focusing on benefits administration and employee onboarding. Additional experience includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter at HFR Asset Management and a Recruiting Specialist at The BECO Group. Maureen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Carroll University.
