Michelle C. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and engineering management within the medical and technology industries. Currently serving as the Director of Algorithmic Program Management at DRW since April 2020, Michelle has previously held senior leadership roles at Uptake, Akuna Capital, and Hospira, where responsibilities included managing global engineering teams and overseeing the development of advanced medical technologies, particularly infusion pump systems and medical imaging equipment. With a background in hardware engineering at BioImaging Research Inc. and Tellabs, Michelle has a strong foundation in the development of complex hardware systems. Michelle holds an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, and a “Master of Technology” certification from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
