Mike W. has extensive experience in desktop system administration and technical support, spanning over 15 years in various roles within multiple companies. At DRW since October 2017, Mike serves as the Global macOS Platform Lead and Austin Desktop Team Lead, previously holding positions as a Desktop System Engineer and Desktop System Administrator. Prior to DRW, Mike worked at RGM Advisors, LLC from September 2013 to October 2017 as a Desktop System Administrator, focusing on enhancing the end-user experience across the organization. Mike's experience also includes a tenure at Apple from October 2007 to September 2013, where responsibilities included providing technical support and leading a Genius Team to ensure service excellence. Mike holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Digital Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
