Milton Ribeiro

Milton Ribeiro holds extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Head of Network Implementation Services at DRW since 2014, after ascending from Project Manager. In this role, Milton leads a team responsible for deploying wireless networks globally and emphasizes strategic guidance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. Prior to DRW, Milton served as Senior RF Engineer at ZTE Canada, focusing on network optimization for Public Mobile in Quebec, and as Senior Product Engineer at Motorola Mobility, where product performance management was key. Milton's career also includes developing RF systems for Motorola Solutions and initial work as an intern in RF Systems Engineering. Academic achievements include a Master of Engineering in Quality Systems Engineering from Concordia University, an MBA from FGV, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
