Oleg Polupan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Desk Head in a Fixed Income trading group at DRW Trading Group since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing a trading group, researching and implementing new strategies, and developing a risk framework that achieved a top Sharpe ratio in the treasury curve space. Previously, Oleg held the position of Senior Fixed Income Trader at Chopper Trading, LLC from June 2008 to January 2015, mentoring and managing the risk for multiple traders while trading fixed income markets. Oleg began the trading career as a Trading Analyst and Junior Trader, managing overnight risk during significant market events and trading a discretionary treasury book. Oleg holds a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of South Florida.
