Steven Neidich

Steven Neidich is a Principal Architect at DRW since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in ServiceNow solutions. Prior to DRW, Steven served as Team Lead at AHEAD from May 2018 to October 2022, managing a team of technical consultants while also fulfilling senior consultant duties. Steven has a solid foundation in ServiceNow as a Senior Technical Consultant and Developer at AHEAD and RoundTower Technologies, respectively. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Unlimited Systems and multiple co-op positions at GE Aviation, where Steven developed skills in sourcing, configuration management, and customer support. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 2009 and 2014.
