Founded in Spokane in 2007, we pioneered Washington’s farm-to-bottle movement, partnering with family farms for 100% locally sourced wheat, triticale, and corn. The result: award-winning vodkas, gins, and straight & finished whiskeys that have earned global acclaim while staying unmistakably regional.

Distill world-class spirits in our brand-new downtown Spokane distillery, tasting bar, and bottle shop—open seven days a week with tours, flights, and hands-on classes. 

Craft ready-to-drink convenience with our On The Fly canned cocktails and new wine-based line, bringing bar-quality flavor to rivers, mountains, and backyards everywhere.
