🔧 TURNING CHAOTIC OPERATIONS INTO SCALABLE SYSTEMS FOR NEW BUSINESS OWNERS

We help new business owners who inherited chaotic operations to streamline, scale, and sleep better at night.

With nearly 20 years of transformation leadership, including guiding Rackspace through $3B+ growth and IPO, preparing EA Games for flawless product launches, and helping Wyndham cut operating costs by 40%, I know how overwhelming it is to walk into a business built on duct tape and tribal knowledge.

Here’s what we fix and how:

🧩 OPERATIONAL OVERWHELM

Challenge: A company drowning in inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, and team burnout
Solution: Designed and implemented a Lean Six Sigma-powered workload optimization program and automation suite
Results:
Cut manual labor by 120,000 hours/year (equivalent to 58 FTEs)
Reduced ticket backlog by 95%+
Improved customer satisfaction and team morale

🚧 GROWTH WITHOUT INFRASTRUCTURE

Challenge: High growth straining delivery timelines, inventory, and cash flow
Solution: Established global inventory management and cross-functional accountability frameworks
Results:
Decreased 90+ day backlog by over 50% in just 6 months
Reduced excess inventory by $4M in two quarters
Enabled faster delivery and better customer experience

📉 STALLED PROFITABILITY & SPENDING SPRAWL

Challenge: Skyrocketing costs with no visibility or control
Solution: Led a company-wide support transformation, optimizing global workforce and implementing new controls
Results:
Achieved $36.4M in run-rate savings in 18 months
Avoided $12.5M in new spend through better asset utilization
Right-sized global support across 4 countries without compromising quality

If you’re leading a business that’s outgrown its systems, or never had solid ones to begin with. Let’s talk.
