DryFlow Magnetics is an Australian technology company developing world-leading dry magnetic separation solutions for the mining and resources sector. Originating in South Australia, DryFlow was created to unlock magnetite resources first in the Braemar region and applicable to any arid and water-constrained regions globally.

DryFlow’s patented Kuchel Process enables efficient magnetite beneficiation at larger grind sizes, significantly reducing energy demand for ore grinding, eliminating wet tailings infrastructure and lowering emissions across the green steel supply chain.

Using advanced rare earth solid-state magnetics adapted from the electric vehicle industry, DryFlow delivers robust, low-maintenance mineral processing plants suitable for harsh and remote environments. The technology is applicable across a wide range of ores and waste streams, supporting critical minerals processing, recycling and tailings reprocessing.

Saving water. Saving power. Accelerating the transition to a green steel future.
