Joeri De Mol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management within the healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Director of Healthcare at Drylock Technologies since September 2015, Joeri De Mol is responsible for establishing a distributor network for absorbent incontinence products and overseeing the complete product lifecycle. With a track record of achieving significant revenue growth from 3 MEUR in 2015 to a run rate of 30 MEUR in 2020, Joeri De Mol manages a team of 30, including 9 direct reports. In addition, Joeri De Mol owns Molostar, a consultancy for family-owned businesses, and has held various leadership roles in other organizations, including VP BIH and Sales Executive positions. Joeri De Mol holds an MBA from the University of Antwerp Management School and a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Erasmushogeschool Brussel.
