Tyiler George

Tyiler George has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2011, they worked at Panera Bread as a Shift Manager, where they led team shifts, supported operational needs, and managed labor hours. From 2014 to 2015, they held a Software Developer Internship at the Ohio Lottery Commission, where they automated project management workbooks, supported business analysts and quality assurance teams, and developed regression testing plans. During the same period, they also worked at MarketSource Inc. as an HP Account Sales Representative, increasing HP product sales and brand awareness through training and coaching, and managing statewide retail accounts.

In 2014, Tyiler joined OEConnection (OEC) as a Software Engineer, designing and developing .NET Core services for an order management application, as well as maintaining new and legacy C# code. Tyiler also had a role as a Solutions Developer at DryvIQ from 2018 to 2022, where they integrated with frameworks and tools to enable customer enterprise cloud management migrations, developed custom platform extensions and reporting solutions, and provided technical guidance to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers. In February 2022, they transitioned to a Solutions Architect role at DryvIQ, where they worked on customer-facing implementation and consultation for data migration and classification, created architectural diagrams and documentation, and led implementation and configuration for different deployment scenarios.

Tyiler George completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Baldwin Wallace University from 2012 to 2015. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Tyiler pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, also from Baldwin Wallace University.
