Pardeep Rawat

Pardeep Rawat has over 12 years of experience in rural development, focusing on creating positive social impact and empowering communities. Currently, as the Deputy Manager at DS Group, Pardeep leads the Community Rural Development Project for Barota village, overseeing project implementation and fostering community participation. Previously, Pardeep served as the District Mission Manager-Livelihood at the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, where responsibilities included planning and evaluating livelihood interventions for rural women. Pardeep holds an MBA in Business Administration and has pursued further education in climate change adaptation.
