Adrian started their career in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, where they held multiple positions focused on technology policy and innovation. Adrian then moved to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, leading a business development team that supported UK high-tech firms exporting to the Nordic region. After that, they joined Chiltern Railways as an Interim Customer Service Work Stream Leader, where they played a key role in the successful bid for the Tyne & Wear Rail franchise.

Adrian later worked at GE in multiple roles, including as a Strategic Marketing Manager for the Energy Storage business unit, a Digital Solutions Director for GE O&G Digital Solutions, and as a member of the Experienced Commercial Leaders' Programme. Adrian was responsible for global strategy, market analysis, and business development for new technologies in the energy and industrial sectors.

At Atkins, Adrian served as the Digital Solutions Transformation Director, leading efforts to develop and commercialize early-stage digital solutions that utilized the company's engineering expertise to solve customer challenges better.

Adrian'smost recent role was at Jacobs, where they served as the Digital Innovation, Products, and Solutions Transformation Director. Adrian was responsible for driving digital transformation by developing and commercializing digital products and solutions that benefited customers and the company itself.

Currently, Adrian is the Head of Digital and Data at DS Smith, where they are leading the organization's digital initiatives and leveraging data to drive business growth.
