Andreas Koob

Andreas Koob has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and HR processes across multiple organizations. Since November 2018, Andreas has held pivotal roles at DS Smith, including HR Director for Germany and Switzerland, as well as Head of Reward for North Europe. Prior to this, Andreas worked at Leica Microsystems from April 2013 to October 2018 as Manager of Compensation and Benefits and HR Controlling EMEA. Experience also includes positions at Ferrero, AMD, and Deutsche Bahn, among others, where Andreas developed expertise in HR project coordination, training, and recruitment. Andreas holds a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
