Bernard Joder

Bernard Joder has extensive experience in quality management and operational excellence, currently serving as the Quality, Operational Excellence, and Hygiene Manager at DSSmith Packaging since May 2012. In this role, Bernard Joder has focused on performance management project deployment, the development of best practice methodologies, and Lean Manufacturing training and implementation, utilizing tools such as 5S, SMED, TPM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Prior to this position, Bernard Joder was the factory director and production director at SCA Packaging from April 2002 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include a Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from CUBIK Partners in 2018 and an engineering degree in Mechanical Development from INSA Lyon, obtained in 1988.
