Eric Gullison, CPA, is a highly ethical and performance-focused tax professional with over 20 years of experience in tax accounting for global enterprises. Currently serving as the Tax Director for DS Smith since 2024, Eric has held various leadership positions, including Tax Director and VP of Tax and Treasury at Sharecare, and Tax Manager roles at Grant Thornton LLP, EY, and BDO USA, LLP. Eric's expertise includes ASC 740 tax accounting, federal and state income tax, tax planning, and advisory, complemented by strong project management and interpersonal skills. Educated at the University of West Florida with a BA in Accounting and pursuing an MBA in Finance/Tax from Mercer University, Eric is dedicated to enhancing tax functions and developing effective teams.
