Jonathan J is the Global Head of Facilities Management at DS Smith, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in property portfolio transformation, ESG delivery, and facilities management strategy. Jonathan served for 23 years in the British Army, primarily in operations management, and has a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management.
