Karin Pas

Karin Pas is currently the Rewards Lead Central EMEA at DS Smith, a role that follows their position as Rewards Manager Benelux. Prior to this, they held various HR roles at DS Smith, including HR Business Partner and Manager of the HR Shared Service Center. Karin began their career in internal sales at SCA Packaging, where they managed accounts in North Holland. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labor from Saxion Hogescholen and additional qualifications in strategic HRM and Lean methodology.
