Martial Jeannot is a highly accomplished manufacturing and supply chain executive with over 30 years of experience in the tissue and personal care industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at DS Smith, Martial previously held significant leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Manufacturing Director for the Middle East & Africa and Western Europe. Martial's expertise encompasses operational excellence, cost optimization, and the implementation of Lean methodologies across multiple sites. With a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and employee engagement, Martial has driven substantial improvements in production efficiency throughout their career. They earned an Executive Master’s degree in General Business Management from Paris X / ICG in 2011.
