Patrick Bots

Patrick Bots is an experienced credit risk management professional with a career spanning from 1996 to the present. Currently serving as the Credit Risk Manager for Supply Engine at DS Smith since September 2019, Patrick oversees the Credit & Risk management policies for the European Paper & Recycling portfolio, collaborating with credit collections and risk teams across Europe. Prior to this role, Patrick was the Global Credit Manager at Tronox from 2008 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading a global credit and collection team and managing the global credit management portfolio. Previous positions held include European Credit Analyst at Tronox, Credit Controller for NAVTEQ EUROPE BV, GE Programs Team Leader for Credit & Collections at GE Capital, and European Credit Manager at Katun Corporation. Patrick holds a degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completed between 1987 and 1992.
