Roy Wals

Roy Wals is currently the Global Finance Transformation Lead at DS Smith, where they oversee the implementation of shared services and process optimization across multiple regions, including Europe and North America. Previously, they held various finance roles at SCA, including Divisional Financial Business Controller, where they managed multiple sites and teams. Roy served as the Regional Implementation Lead for DS Smith from 2015 to 2018, facilitating significant transformations and successful rollouts of financial systems. They hold several qualifications, including a Certificate in Leadership from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and ongoing management training in finance and process design.
