Simon Biddle

Simon Biddle is an Interim Production Manager with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement. They began their career as an HGV Fitter at JT Fleet Services and progressed through various roles at IAC Group, including Automotive Apprentice and Continuous Improvement Engineer. At DS Smith, Simon has held multiple positions, culminating in the role of Interim Production Manager. They also hold several qualifications, including a Green Belt in Six Sigma and a distinction in HNC Manufacturing Engineering.
