Merete Nedergaard has extensive experience in leadership and management within various organizations, currently serving as the Director of Din Sundhedsfaglige A-kasse (DSA) since January 2006, overseeing strategic direction and operations for a growing membership of 96,000 health professionals. Previous roles include serving as Chair of the Board and Acting CEO of Facilia FMBA, and Development Director at Ingeniørernes Arbejdsløshedskasse (IAK), where responsibilities encompassed business development, HR, and member services. Merete's academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and multiple certifications in leadership and psychological profiling from various institutions, including CfL and Cambridge Institute.
