Frank Haugaard

Frank Haugaard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the transportation and customer services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Customer Services at DSB since December 2019, Frank has also held key leadership positions including Chairman of the Board at AirPlus Denmark a/s, and Assistant Director for Trafikinformationschef at Banedanmark & DSB. With a career spanning over three decades, Frank has contributed to numerous organizations including Rejseplanen, Kasper Poulsen Holding Aps, and SAS. Frank’s academic background includes a Bachelor in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Merkonom in Marketing from the same institution.
