Lars Deigaard

Lars Deigaard is a seasoned project leader with extensive experience in infrastructure projects, primarily focusing on the initial phases leading to implementation decisions. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DSB since October 2018, Lars is involved in the "Nye værksteder" and "Strategi og togmateriel" initiatives. Previously, Lars held the position of Senior Advisor and Project Manager at Banedanmark, where responsibilities included project coordination and membership in the management group within Anlægsudvikling from May 2010 to September 2018. Prior roles include Chief Consultant at Trafikstyrelsen, overseeing projects such as the modernization of Nørreport Station and strategic capacity analysis for the Copenhagen-Ringsted corridor, and Project Manager positions focused on environmental initiatives. Lars holds various certifications in project management, including IPMA Level B and PRINCE2 Practitioner, and has an academic background in social technology from Roskilde University.
