Nikolaj Rendtorff is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in digital sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Sales & Customer Engagement at DSB since January 2018, Nikolaj oversees sales channels and enhances the digital customer experience through strategic leadership and operational execution. Previously, in roles such as Head of Digital Marketing & Loyalty and Head of Digital Marketing & Customer Insights at DSB, Nikolaj drove digital marketing strategies, loyalty programs, and customer data management, achieving significant improvements in campaign execution and customer satisfaction.
