Previously, René served as Center Leader at DSB Kursuscenter, where they were responsible for operations and development, managing a team of 25, and ensuring financial success. Additionally, René has experience as a TV Chef at TV 2 | Denmark A/S and has held various culinary positions at notable hotels and restaurants. René continues to pursue education in management and project leadership.
