Avtar Singh has over 26 years of experience in Construction Projects. Avtar Singh's education history begins in 1983 when they attended Panjab University and studied Pre-Engineering. In the following year, from 1984 to 1987, they pursued a Diploma in Civil Engineering at Government Polytechnic Technical Institute Haryana. Avtar then furthered their studies by obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, which lasted from 2000 to 2003. In 2009, they enrolled at EIILUM University and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Project Management, completing their studies in 2011. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, Avtar pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering at Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
