Avtar Singh

Avtar Singh has over 26 years of experience in Construction Projects. Avtar has worked as Vice President Projects at DSC Ltd since January 2016, where they are responsible for feasibility, budgeting, planning, and monitoring of projects. Prior to that, they worked as General Manager Projects at Punj Lloyd Limited from November 2012 to November 2015. Avtar also served as Vice President (Projects) at DS Construction from January 2004 to October 2011.

Avtar Singh's education history begins in 1983 when they attended Panjab University and studied Pre-Engineering. In the following year, from 1984 to 1987, they pursued a Diploma in Civil Engineering at Government Polytechnic Technical Institute Haryana. Avtar then furthered their studies by obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, which lasted from 2000 to 2003. In 2009, they enrolled at EIILUM University and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Project Management, completing their studies in 2011. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, Avtar pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering at Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
