As CEO and founder of Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Brian Benson is proud to own and run the largest centralized marketing platform in the multifamily, student housing and active adult market within the United States.

Responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization, Brian drives his vision which is to unclog the complexities of marketing operations for his clients while being an inspirational leader focused on setting new standards in the industry. Thriving on innovations and openly embracing change, Brian’s passion, and entrepreneurial vision result in a constant desire to discover creative solutions and unmet needs in the marketplace. Leading with confidence, he understands that collaboration is essential for success and creates an atmosphere of empowerment that trickles down to everyone in the company.

For 30+ years Brian has been passionate about delivering better quality and more control to his customers in print, apparel, signage, promotional products and more. The development of Benson’s Centralized Marketing Platform has allowed his team to create and manage the procurement, production, logistics and performance of all non-media needs for multifamily operators and frees managers up by eliminating the administrative burdens associated with complex marketing strategies. Today his company serves almost five million units in the multifamily market and has added financial institutions and Realtor services to his growing list of clients.

When not working, Brian is happily married to his wife Shelia; they have three children and one dog who is the Benson mascot. Brian, his family, and the entire Benson organization the active in supporting Make A Wish. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of wildlife conservation in the Rockies with a goal to retire on a ranch out west to pursue his conservation work further. In his spare time Brian is an adventurer and enjoys traveling, cooking, and working out.
