Taylor K.

Taylor K. is an accomplished Director of Research at Dscout, responsible for managing a team of user experience researchers focused on enhancing the product's usability and impact. With a history of leadership in various UX research roles, including Principal User Experience Researcher and UX Research Manager at Dscout, Taylor has contributed significantly to scaling products for new users and conceptualizing innovative features. Previously, as User Experience Lead at Taylor Klassman, Taylor helped develop the interactive website Flight Paths, and led user experience research initiatives for the Welcoming Project. At Uptake, Taylor managed a research team, conducted ideation sessions, and led ethnographic research in the renewable energy sector. Early career experience includes project management and research roles at Digital Youth Network and the MacArthur Foundation. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and English from Denison University.
