Conrad Young is an independent consultant with over 30 years of experience in tax technology and the digitalisation of fiscal systems. Previously a partner at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen for 25 years, Conrad significantly contributed to the digital transformation of tax for both taxpayers and revenue agencies. Currently, Conrad serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board at the Oxford Internet Institute, holds advisory positions at multiple technology firms, and focuses on the impact of digital technologies on fiscal policy worldwide. Conrad graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Oxford and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
