John Haller

John Haller has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. John is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development and Compliance at DSFederal, where they provide leadership in business development and performance improvement efforts. Prior to this role, they worked as a CMMI Consultant and Appraisal Team Member at Williamsburg Process Solutions LLC.

In 2020, Haller worked as a Principal at Arcetyp LLC, where they provided proposal evaluations and content. From 2013 to 2021, they held various roles at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.), including VP Compliance and Quality, VP Capture and Proposal Services, Associate Vice President of the Medical IT Division, and Director of Telecommunications. In these positions, they improved service delivery, enhanced information system security, pursued certifications, developed and provided training, improved program management standards, rebuilt the IDIQ pipeline, and increased efficiency and bid success in proposal development.

From 2001 to 2013, Haller worked at EPS Corporation, first as the VP of Applications Engineering and then as the Director of Base Infrastructure. During this time, they focused on capturing large opportunities, implementing a cloud-based application for tracking opportunities, and managing infrastructure projects. John also had a role as a Voice Architect at Dataline, Inc, where they developed network architecture and deployment plans for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet voice solution.

Haller's career began in 1979 at WorldCom/IDB Communications/Contel ASC/Comsat, where they progressed from Director of Implementation to building and maintaining an effective service delivery team. John integrated acquired companies, managed project managers, and developed software for provisioning and network management. John also served as the Director of Implementation at IDB Communications Group and worked as a Systems Engineer at Contel ASC.

John Haller obtained their MSEE degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University from 1973 to 1978. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications, including CMMI Associate from CMMI Institute in May 2014, ITIL v3 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2014, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2013. Recently, in July 2021, they obtained certifications as a CMMI Professional in Development and Services from CMMI.
