Graham Ma is a Learning and Development Training Manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Previously, they served as Assistant Manager Process Trainer at Ucademy South Africa from 2017 to 2024, where they focused on onboarding new recruits and developing training interventions. They also spent a decade at Vodacom in various roles within the call center, ultimately becoming a second-line support consultant.
