Cody Benner is a Systems Integration Architect and data analyst with over 12 years of experience in telecommunications and customer service. Currently serving at DSI, Cody is responsible for analyzing existing processes and designing automation to enhance system integrations and workflows. In their previous role at Ease, Cody produced reports and dashboards while collaborating closely with senior management. They have also worked at ATN International, where they utilized Voice of the Customer analysis to drive business improvements, and held roles at Alltel, FIS, and DSI, contributing expertise in data reporting and process improvement.
