Kelly Smith has extensive experience in regional and national retail sales management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as AT&T Regional Manager for National Retail Sales at DSI Systems Inc. since March 2018, Kelly excels in training retail associates, enhancing sales techniques, and driving sales performance. Prior roles include Account Executive for T-Mobile for Business, where effective sales strategies and relationship building were key, along with positions in retail training management and supervisory roles. Kelly’s career in telecommunications began at Verizon Wireless as a Senior Credit Analyst and Account Coordinator. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University and ongoing studies towards an MBA in Human Resources Management at Strayer University.
