Marvin Rhoads is a Senior Network Security Engineer with extensive expertise in developing and evaluating both network systems architecture and detailed engineering designs. Rhoads has previously held prominent positions, including Chief Network Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency, where they managed worldwide network architectures and strategic initiatives. With experience spanning various organizations, Rhoads has specialized in optimizing network infrastructures and delivering security solutions. They hold a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from George Mason University.
