Switching contract manufacturer, or starting with a new one, usually means a hefty NRE bill before you've seen a single board.

DSL Electronic Manufacture does it differently. We're a UK contract electronics manufacturer with over 35 years of experience, and we've built our service around removing the cost and risk that normally comes with onboarding a new partner.

We handle the full build:

Surface mount and through-hole PCB assembly.

Box build and full product integration.

Cable and wiring assembly.

Testing and inspection, including 3D AOI.

What sets us apart:

No NRE charges, so you can start, change or second-source a design without a penalty every time.

A free PCBA sample run, so you can prove our quality before you commit a penny.

A 5-year warranty on every build, well beyond the usual 12 months, so you can offer your own customers longer cover with less risk.

Flexible 12-month call-offs that protect your cash flow and keep stock ready for next-day dispatch when you need it.

Every product carries the Made in Britain mark, backed by UK-based support and full traceability.

From medical and industrial to aerospace and telecommunications, OEMs rely on us for assembly that's reliable, cost-effective and built to last.
