Joshna Bora

Joshna Bora is a Product Specialist at DSS Imagetech Pvt Ltd since July 2023, with prior experience as a Research and Development Intern at Mondelēz International where contributions included analyzing chocolate conching profiles at pilot scale. Previous roles also include serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Embibe and a Research Trainee at ICAR-Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering & Technology, focusing on the formulation and development of pomegranate peel tea. Joshna holds a Master of Technology in Food Process Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University. Early education was completed at Sri Chaitanya College of Education with a focus on PCM.
